The Gemone diamond will only accept jewelry with tags intact and in its original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days. We do not reimburse shipping costs unless an item was supplied in error. The consumer is responsible for the return postage and insurance. Any shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Special orders and custom items are non-refundable. Do not display the contents of the package the for your own safety. All returns must be accompanied by the actual and authentic sales receipt.

If the box is detained by customs, Gemone Diamond is not liable for paying any refunds because we have already sent you the item for which you have paid. We will always deliver the goods for which you have paid.
